Jesus Is Coming SOON

By Dale P. Kruse

July 7, 2011

My wife had a recent vision of Jesus saying to her I am coming very soon!

Matthew 24:36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone."

Only the Father knows the day and hour of Jesus return. However, Jesus did say the generation which saw Israel restored as a nation would not pass away until His return. Israel was restored as a nation May 15, 1948. We are the generation of Jesus' return. A generation in the Bible is 70-100 years (Gen 15:13-16,  Ps 90:10).

What Brings Jesus Back?

God Promised Israel that once they became a nation again (May 14, 1948) that they would never be removed from Israel again:

Amos 9:15 "I will also plant them on their land, and they will not again be rooted out from their land which I have given them, says Yehovah your-Elohim."

Zechariah12:2-3 "Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. And it will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it."

Zechariah 14:2-4 "For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will be captured, the houses plundered, the women ravished, and half of the city exiled, but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. Then Yehovah will go forth and fight against those nations, as when He fights on a day of battle. And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south."

Acts 1:9-11 "And after he had said these things, He [Jesus] was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was departing, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them; and they also said, 'Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.' Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath days journey away."

How Soon Is Jesus' Return?

James 5:8 "You too be patient; strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand."

1 Peter 4:7 "The end of all things is at hand; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober for the purpose of prayer."

Revelation 3:11 "I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, in order that no one take your crown."

Revelation 22:7 Jesus speaking: "And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."

Revelation 22:12 Jesus speaking: "Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done.

Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, Yes, I am coming quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus."

Luke 21:28 Jesus speaking: "But when these things begin to take place [the signs of His coming: Matthew 24], straighten up and lift up your head, because your redemption is drawing near."
